Daily Paintworks

I wanted to create a fragmented figure painting with a somewhat 3 dimensional face.  I used gold leaf paint (to honor Klimt and because I like gold) but think I will use real gold leaf next time.

I didn't plan it this way, but I couldn't help but notice how joyful this painting appears.

Could it be that I am glad to have finished the bird nests and can move on to another subject???

I did not do 30 paintings and some days I was so discouraged I just wiped off what

I had done and called it a day.

For those of you who did 30 paintings or almost 30 paintings, I admire your fortitude, self discipline, and hard work.  Yea for you!!!
